Apparently, some believe in the rally, but as usual, it is not the smart money. If my portfolio is hitting all time highs since inception in 1998, is it smart or dumb money? I would think dumb money is that which is lost by folks seeing their net worth go down over the long term. Likewise, I think smart money doesn't care how it is made...
