EU has tiny trade gap, and minor federal deficits
and 15x as much gold in reserves at ECB

a transition is in progress toward new world reserve currency
this will be intriguing to watch
the USDollar has been abused for decades
it represents the lightning rod of world major currency govt abuse

I think ECB is pissed off at American financial hegemony
they might actually desire that sweet 10 yrs when their economy actually benefits from the rising EURO
and will overlook the associated cancer, like USA did
the next couple years will see the EU appear to benefit
then comes the massive implosion
