One of best and hardest lessons learned when it comes to investing, was that the personalities involved in executive suite can make all the difference. We bought shares of Corel software yrs ago. The flamboyant Canadian CEO ran co into ground. After that, I learned to look for comments on SI re insiders personal lives. It's still very difficult to find that type of info. When there are eradic characters or grandchildren, it's best to take a pass. Oracle seemed to have only highflying CEO who did not harm company's performance as a result. It might have finally caught up with him though, since ORCL has not really recovered as quickly as others. That reminds me--time to check what happened today. Take care, Ann
