Anybody out there?

I know I'm a little late, but I'm just doing my taxes for 2002 (was busy serving my country with honor overseas unlike former military people who become CEOs of fraudulent small companies and steal hard-earned money from shareholders).

I don't quite know how to treat the worthlessness of DCTC stock on my taxes. I think it became worthless in 2002, didn't it, so do I show a loss for what I invested in it with a date of 12/31/2002? Unfortunately I never sold while it was diving.

I had DCTC in my IRA, too...do I have to close out my IRA in order to take the loss or can I keep my IRA and still take the DCTC loss in 2002 since that's when it became worthless?

Thanks in advance.

Did us DCTC shareholders ever get any of the shares from those other companies or any other compensation for our loss? I can't believe how I got sucked into this one and lost my entire investment--shows the power of internet hype on unseasoned investors.

Would really appreciate some help. Thanks again.
