James, Good post. Would you believe I shorted ZONE? I did, as when I was living in Europe, Zone claimed its growth would come from the international markets. Since I lived there, and knew the costs, culture, competition(free play areas in many areas), etc., I knew it was all smoke. But I admit, I shorted at 21, and closed at 15. I knew I should have let to go down further...oh well.

Yes, you may be right about the facility, but this is no reason to hold a stock. Buy a REIT!-g-

Sorry to touch a sore spot regarding BOCI, but I do find it interesting that no one seems to be able to come up with a compelling reason to own this stock. And in my experience, and I'm sure in yours, a compelling reason is a critical requirement for investing in a company's stock.

I also will share another story. One exec in a company, who not only was my boss, but a friend held about $500,000 worth of company stock. This was about 1/3 of what it was worth when he got it. Over drinks, as a friend, I begged him to sell it all immediately. He said "ah, it can't go much lower, ah, ......what would the board think.....ah....I really need 16, etc., That stock is now worthless, and always will be worthless. He got zero.

Good luck with "your" picks, and good trading. LF
