I looked, the vast majority of cases are settled out of court anyway.

What we are going to see changed is these huge "Class Action" suits. The ones where a lawyer looks for something wrong, and then goes shopping for a client to represent.

In California, Lawyers are sending out letters to businesses, accusing them of doing something wrong and threatening to take them to court if they don't settle. Don't even have a client. A nice racket.
