I am not saying that the workers should not get their piece of the pie. They agreed to a salary for their services and are not "entitled" to anything other than that...what they are trying to do is "steal" what they call "their" piece.

If it is such a seller's market like you say, they could EASILY find jobs at higher pay at a competitor's shop now couldn't they?

Situation is kinda like the government and its "entitlements" with people claiming that the taxspayers "owe" them medicare and SS.

That is not capitalism my friend...that is socialism.
