Some plan of action must be developed, if things stay the same I expect we will get the same results.. SARS! or in the West Mad Cows! Plan for Mad Cows. Stop feeding infected animals to the rest of the herd. Flawless plan and execution needed. Plan for SARS. Consider changing farming methods. More space for animals etc. Flawless plan and execution needed. It's not just the science and the scientists have to be of high standard, the authorities, everyone in fact has to be in on the solution. Errors, mistakes, criminal activity, are going to be costly I expect. I agree biological problems are just incredibly immense and messy -ng-
