Frank, you may be right. I know that when I took on as COO of a company many years back, I wanted badly to clean the slate, but the COB would not let me, on the contrary, he insisted I polish the books in such a way that the last quarter before my taking on would be positive, so you may be right, both embellishing or cleaning everything are valid strategy and we will see which is taken. I have preference to taking the punishment early since that allows for a contiuing cascade of good news thereafter. If you do not clean the house, the skeletons keep appearing all the time and you never know if the next piece of news is good or bad. Zeev
