someone is paying up for rigl pre-market, so fed them a chunk...strange edit:RIGL target raised to $32 at CSFB 2004/01/07 08:18:05 19.10: CSFB names Outperform-rated Rigel Pharms as their top small-cap biotech stock pick for 2004, and raises their target to $32 from $26; firm expects key efficacy data in 2004 from two lead programs (SyK inhibitors for asthma/allergy, R803 small molecule HCV inhibitor) to keep the stock in the spotlight, and firm continues to believe that both programs have billion-dollar peak sales potential.
