I think he thrives on a challenge, and they will be a challenge....... The upside is he gets them back to the Super Bowl. I think he brings Russ Grimm back, maybe Joe Bugel. Snyder has turned the fans off here, much like Angelos in Baltimore. The fans are loving this.
