It's never too late, currently 6.85 on 85 million shares. It is a different company that it was a few years ago and the excess bandwidth has been soaked up, there has been little in the way of capital investment by the telcos for he past 3 years so if they want to maintain their subscriber base they will have to loosen the purse strings. Guess who benefits? Nortel, Alcatel, Cisco, Lucent, etc. A rising tide lifts all boats.
