The guy's performance should be based on his performance. Not his race.

But that's exactly what Rush was arguing. His point was that sportswriters overrate McNabb because he is black (and they want to see a black QB succeed).

Nevertheless, you seem to have a double standard when it comes to censorship. You want people you disagree with taken off the air, while arguing free speech for those you agree with.
