They hid it pretty well. Almost 2 years ago they announced a forthcoming HCV publication which never appeared. Having a look at the breadth and novelty of the patent, maybe they thought better about horn-blowing. Of course, to me, it looked like a "failed" business milestone. I'm sure the bankers and others with access read it, checked the cites and loaded up before the reverse split. Well, that was a cynical remark...I really don't think that. Preposterous.
