UPI reporting that GOP's success in Texas re-districting case won't be challenged in time to affect March primary.

This means that in the next session of Congress the Republican Majority will be so strong that Delay and the other leaders will not have to defer as much to moderate Republicans. The downside of this is that Social Legislation will be easier to pass. I won't like the results of a lot of that, I think.
