well..it i sbased on facts....NT is a lot more stable and leaner company today and the telecom industry is just picking up..a lot o fmutual funds buy stocks after $5....also the mutual fund holding of NT is just around 30% now compared to a lot higher before....it's based around 4.10 to 4.80 for the last 4 months (while the market went up a lot), so typically breakouts are stronger if there is a longer basing period....also NT is a big caompany in Canada and a lot of canadians hold it in their retirement accounts...so they could lead the way....NT was getting priced for bankruptcy when it was trading at 2 to 4 $....
that is out of the question now...

wireless and VOIP will be a big hits in the coming year....

these are just some of the reasons...
