Fourth Hospital in New Jersey

(``JUNIPER'') announced today that its healthcare subsidiary PartnerCare Inc. (``PartnerCare''),
has finalized an agreement with Columbus Hospital, in New Jersey, for its managed care revenue
enhancement program. This represents the fourth hospital signed in New Jersey in the last six
months.
Under this agreement, PartnerCare will provide a comprehensive review of its managed care
contracts. It will then review hospital claims to ensure that the Hospital has been paid all the
dollars to which it is entitled. PartnerCare will then pursue payment from the appropriate third
parties, resulting in unanticipated revenue to the Hospital. With the collection of these revenues,
both the Hospital and PartnerCare will obtain enhanced financial results.
In addition, PartnerCare provides comprehensive reports and other quality control services
which assist the Hospital in its management of these relationships.
