If so, that means, the Buyer, is going to get a company,that has over 50 Critical patents in the Video Compression field, is considered to have over 90% of encoders used in the DSB market,is rated tops in the Vcd market, should get 30% of the new DVD market and the financial benefits they are starting to receive from the emerging Divicom contribution, for less than 1 Billion bucks. I don't think so. Geez Rarebird,this company has only ~36MLN shares outstanding! Am I missing something here? A billion dollars is nothing nowdays. Hell, Micheal Jordan is a one product company and he almost can get that much!And, he gets a hellava lot more respect than C-Cube Microsystems does. Crazy world, we live in!
