dear zeev the time will come for medicine just not yet. the boss with balls should defend the home turf first then deal with accounting issues. while you and i might understand an accounting loss the guy punching the time clock as well as some managers within exso will not. these people now have a financial interest in " their" company. i vote for sweet now with sour slowly later. as a boss if have yet to meet the employee who is ever ready for bitter medicine. this my family's 100th year in business. we got there by taking care of the most important asset. our employees. frank3
