K-man,
You may be right on shorting the homeboys but if you wait for interest rates to go up I'll bet you you're going to be to late. I noticed just the other day when the market up big home builders were down, that caught my eye. So I looked at the charts (compared to the dabum, that's like the blind looking at them) and they appeared to be rolling over. This could be just some profit taking after the first of the year but I think they are going to sector rotate out of them and then continue to fall when we get an interest rate rise. But like you and dabum says it's tough to short a momentum play. Wish we had that problem with drillers.
