Hi, here are some more good news:

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 13, 1997--

First Element of Comprehensive PCI Support

Dialogic Corporation (NASDAQ:DLGC) today announced that leading
providers of computer-based fax applications - RightFax, Omtool,
InterStar and Faxback - will conduct beta trials of its CPi/400 PCI
fax card. The CPi/400 PCI, scheduled for release in the first
quarter of 1998, will give organizations an opportunity to
incorporate multiple-port fax capabilities on a single PCI chassis.

A PCI Breakthrough

The PCI local bus is widely considered the emerging standard for
enterprise servers. Today's announcement positions Dialogic as the
first fax card provider to publicly announce the upcoming
availability of fax cards for the PCI platform. With an ability to
support multiple PCI fax cards on a single PCI server, Dialogic
computer-based fax systems will be equipped to optimize
network-based fax performance and the deployment of customized fax
applications. The CPi/400 PCI installs quickly and easily and
eliminates the need for a network interface card.

"With application providers such as RightFax, Omtool, Interstar and
Faxback engaged in rigorous testing, Dialogic may be first out of the
gate with fax boards that fulfill the growing demand to support
PCI-based computers," said Peter Davidson, president of Davidson
Consulting (Burbank, California), a leading provider of fax market
information and consulting services.

"The CPi/400 PCI is one element of our corporate strategy to deliver
PCI-based CT components across the entire Dialogic product line,"
said Larry Aiken, director of marketing for Dialogic's GammaLink
division.

Full Windows NT Compatibility

The CPi/400 PCI is designed to be compatible with all versions of
Windows NT. It supports LAN-based fax software from the vast range
of leading industry suppliers developing products for the NT
platform. Developers of fax applications, for example, can use the
cards to implement inbound or outbound fax solutions such as Internet
fax, integrated voice and fax, fax-on-demand, broadcast fax, and
unified messaging.

The current configuration of the CPi/400 PCI offers plug-and-play
features such as MH, MR, and MMR compression; ASCII to TIFF on the
fly and PCX on the fly. Dialogic plans to develop new configurations
of the CPi/400 PCI board throughout 1997.

Availability

The CPi/400 PCI is currently being shipped to leading providers of
faxed-based applications and is scheduled for full production release
the first quarter of 1998. For more information, contact Dialogic at
973-993-3000. Information on the CPi/400 PCI is also available on
the Dialogic Web site at www.dialogic.com.

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 12, 1997--

PBXpert/32 Wizard Simplifies Switch Integration Process For VARs

and Developers

Dialogic Corporation (NASDAQ:DLGC) today announced the availability of PBXpert/32(TM), a software utility that enables resellers and developers to easily integrate their Windows NT and Windows 95-based CT applications with a wide variety of PBX and key systems. PBXpert/32 streamlines the tedious task of characterizing call progress tones (such as busy, dial tone, or ringback) necessary for a voice processing system to function properly with virtually any analog telephone switch. Its expandable database of pre-characterized tone sets provides Dialogic developers with unmatched flexibility for fast, on-site integration, adding value to their voice processing applications without additional cost to them.

Award-Winning Tool

With a user-friendly design, PBXpert/32 features a built-in Wizard, a context-sensitive help system, and the choice of manual or automatic modes. Expanding on Dialogic's leadership position of the broadest support for Windows NT and 95, this enhanced version of the Computer Telephony magazine Product of the Year award-winning tool also supports Microsoft's Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI).

"Dialogic's PBXpert/32 is easy to use and offers all the features needed in a call progress package," said Mohammad Nezarati, president, Esna Technologies, Inc. "The library of call progress tones allows you to integrate an application to a switch simply by selecting the pre-learned tone set from the database. With PBXpert/32, customers can bypass the cumbersome process of call analysis and save valuable time on switch integration."

Expandable Tone Set Library

PBXpert/32's expandable database of tone characteristics allows applications to be integrated simply by applying information selected from the database. If the tone characteristics of a particular switch are not available, users at all levels of experience can easily characterize call progress tones and create a new entry in the database. The PBXpert/32 version also protects tone database investments by providing forward compatibility with PBXpert DOS tone files.

Unmatched Flexibility

For optimum flexibility, PBXpert/32 can be used in any of three distinct modes: manual mode, automatic mode, or PBXpert/32 Wizard. In this way, users can maximize its capabilities and characterize tones from PBXs on-site or global PSTNs (Public Switched Telephone Networks). PBXpert/32 also reduces on-site troubleshooting time and effort by supporting multiple switches without the need to recompile or relink the application software. In addition, PBXpert/32 adds an extra level of convenience by allowing users to store, access, and combine TAPI dial string configuration parameters with characterized tone data, all from within the PBXpert/32 utility.

"PBXpert/32 is a demonstration of our continuing commitment to VARs and application developers," said Doug August, senior product marketing engineer, Dialogic Corporation. "This utility helps our partners reduce expensive service visits and adds value to their Dialogic-based applications without additional cost to them."

PBXpert/32 can be used with Dialogic hardware in a wide range of applications, including voice mail/voice messaging, interactive voice response (IVR), auto attendant, international callback, and any application using Dialogic enhanced call progress analysis. PBXpert/32 supports a broad hardware platform including the Proline/2V, DIALOG/4, D/21D D/41D, D/21H, D/41H, D/41E series, D/42series, VFX/40 series and the D/160SC-LS.

Price and Availability

PBXpert/32 is free and can be downloaded directly from the Dialogic Web Site at dialogic.com.
