Again, it seems the QIBs are hardly stampeding to take up this paper. Extension of the overallotment exercise period of 30 days is not unheard of, certainly, but not the norm either. Hard to reconcile the fact of the extension with yesterday's price action. Maybe investors are being told (in violation of Reg. FD) "just wait, good things will happen (wink, wink)". quid
