I need recommendations on a brokerage. At Fidelity they charge 1 penny/share to trade. It cost a good deal percentage wise to play the penny stocks if you get in and out. Looking for another broker that has a flat per/trade price. Also nice trading tools like Fidelity Active Trader tia
