You don't appreciate the brilliance, the sheer genius of this plan to shoot down airplanes carrying drugs, which will effectively mean showering large areas with powder cocaine, so that nobody, even babies and small children won't be able to avoid snorting it without knowing.

What a brilliant idea. Whoever thought it up should be castrated so as to remove him from the human gene pool.
