In response to growing demand, these deals allow TI tremendous flexibility to respond to customer and market needs. 7:48AM ATMI guides Q4 revs above consensus (ATMI) 27.15: Company guides Q4, sees revenues of approx $73.0 mln, vs the Reuters Research consensus of $62.1 mln. As a result, co expects to be profitable during the quarter (R.R. consensus is a loss of $0.01) and will record a one-time non-cash tax benefit of $3 mln, or $0.10 per share, resulting from favorable resolution of a U.S. Tax Court claim.
