Let me add something I forgot to mention to the 5th point of my second post. After Nikolis refused to answer the question about whether the company had screened any Indian herbs, the questioner asked Rhodes if he would answer the question. At this point, Paracelsian's lawyer jumped in and advised Rhodes not to answer the question.

I think we should keep our eyes on the ball, and the key to understanding why PRLN has unraveled is understanding what happened behind the Indian herb deal. This seems to be a major source of conflict between the current and former board members.

By the way, I just read the 1995 annual report a bit more closely. On page 2 of the 1995 report they state that the company had screened about 720 extracts from the inventory and that they had found 120 worthy of further study. On page 25 they said that they had screened Indian herbal extracts and found none worth exploring. But they didn't state how many Indian extracts were screened for the $375,000 worth of stock they paid for the screening. Isn't it odd that they reported how many Chinese herbs were screened, but they forgot to give us the number for the Indian herbs. Maybe I am reading too much into this. Maybe this inconsistant method of reporting the results means nothing. Or maybe they intentionally left out the number of Indian herbs screened because there was no screening as alleged in Campbell's lawsuit against the company.

I think this is the last report for tonight. Maybe I'll remember something tomorrow that I forgot to remember.
