** OT ** Mcleans Magazine (The Time of Canada) used to regularly pick my area as "Most liveable neighbourhood" in the country.

It is nice. It's got lots old houses, good artists, flowers, close to ocean, parks, and downtown. 5 minute drive to restaurants, theaters, etc., etc.

If you can make a living here, it's probably one of the coolest places in Canada. Lots of people would like to live here.
