[ The Mastermind Principle ] Hi, Ray. Man, Why in the world are you talking to yourself ?? Because I need to be reminded of the reason I'm here. Why is that ? Because of the Master Mind Principle. Remember ?? Yeah, Napoleon Hill wrote a book called "Think and Grow Rich" In it he described the method employed by the great industrialists of the era. Dale Carnegie was often mentioned as a mentor. These Great Men surrounded themselves with others who were sympathetic to their cause and offered their ideas freely to the Knowledge Base. Thus the Master Mind Group Principle. Detractors ?? Well if some were found to be not sympathetic to the cause or not an asset they were dismissed as in every day business practices. Happens every day. While those people who can show they can be an asset are always in demand. The usual business format can be applied. IMHO .... All who are sympathetic to the cause should be heard. Positive and Negative alike. To be heard I "should" Add at least some valid information to the cause as I can. This should be done without alienating my peers because of lack of courtesy in my communication skills or intentional jabs at others. No great expectations .... just add to add to the knowledge base when I can and as I see fit. And try to be respectful. And foremost ..... I'm Happy to see SI treat their Web Site as a Business.
