No Mike, this discussion has turned into NT- the SUNW killer. You know how we love repetition around here.

What personal attacks? Oh, you mean when we flamed Peter Muckerman after he claimed that SUNW's revenues have declined for 3 straight quarters? Sorry about that, just didn't appreciate people LYING.

You're right, everyone's entitled to their opinion. I too have strayed away from the subject matter- USRX for goodness sake.

But after a while, we just hear the same stories over and over again about NT. If people want to post bearish messages, let's throw in something else for once. HWP- gonna kick our butt. $500 internet machine- a disaster waiting to happen. We need some variety.

Tomorrow's headlines: Microsoft sold some NT today to someone.

It just seems silly that Scott McNealey has to go on CNN to reassure everyone that SUNW is continuing to grow despite rumors to the contrary. We seem to face the same innuendos every single day. After a while, it just gets a little tedious. Last week some other SUNW officer was on CNBC quelling rumors that the company's margins were declining.

And does anyone remember when Michael Murphy of the Cal. Tech. Letter told everyone that SUNW was doomed and that NT was going to kick SUNW's butt? That was in February-three weeks before SUNW beat estimates by .03. Last quarter, they beat estimates again- 30% increase in earnings over same quarter in the previous year. I'm beginning to wonder who the hell is buying Unix workstations? Did they misplace a comma in their financials?
