The temperature for Sunday seems to be dropping every time I look at it. The wind chill will put it in the teens.............Needless to say, I'll be breaking out the hand/foot warmers. It was pretty cold during the Cowboys and Niners game even though the temperature wasn't that bad. Unlike the Vet, the wind is brutal at the Linc.

Our group will be meeting at Bullies to watch the Colts/Chiefs game. (I'd love to see Vermeil get to the SB but believe the Colts will end the Chiefs run).

I almost get a sense of Deja Vu for this game similar to the days leading up to the Philly/Dallas championship game in Jan 1981. (Remember the story of Montgomery being banged up and not being able to suit up, etc. etc.)

I expect a hard fought battle and believe JJ will play the Pack's WR straight up with Taylor and Vincent and will move Dawkins up to play the run. I've got no issue with Reese covering their tight ends.

Turnovers will be key so I'm hoping the Birds are bringing their "A" game and hope Favre is a bit overconfident in threading the needle which may give us some opportunities for picks.

The reality of it is the stadium is a rowdy place with passionate fans but I tire of 30+ year old stories of booing Santa Claus, etc. and the court at the Linc (which ceases to exist)

I feel like I'm reading Urban Legends at times

Enjoy the game whether you're going or sitting in a nice warm and cozy spot.
