Announces Private Placement CALGARY, ALBERTA--Brigdon Resources Inc. (TSE - BRG.A) of Calgary announces that it has reached agreement on the private placement of 508,334 Class "A" Common flow through shares at a price of $1.50 per share for total proceeds before expenses, of $762,501. These funds will, primarily, be used to drill exploratory and development wells at Brigdon's Buffalo Lake - Stettler field in central Alberta. This placement is subject to regulatory approval.
