Hi Tiger,

IMO, Dell should hire back all the Tech Support people, and consolidate the service and tech functions in the U.S.

I've notice that many of my complaints have be documented by others, not only on this thread, but in the print media. Maybe, just maybe, Michael, Kevin and other with some power within Dell will get the message and fix these problems.
