Yeah, but rebates are a pain and they don't have to pay them if "lost" in the processing etc. I still send in for all mine and track them. It once took me two years and lots of phone calls (duly recorded on my PC) to get my darn free DVDs from TimeWarner - but I got them. BTW, I went back to AVG from Avast for my anti-virus. AVG fixed the case of slows and whatever was ruining my DVD burner videos back in August-September. I like free apps. I even abandoned my ZoneAlarm Pro in favor of the free basic ZoneAlarm because the Pro was too much trouble configuring to avoid over laps with my AdSubtract (which came bundled with it). Of course now that Linksys has quietly dropped the built-in firewall protection from my router on their 'update firmware' I may have to revisit that issue. FYI, I just upgraded to AdSubtract 3.0 and really like it for ad free browsing.
