I just called the newspaper here. Business section banking reporter is on the story.

I want to know several things, including how does this outfit expect to "round all of us up" (this a state-wide institution with approx 100 branch offices) to thumbprint us? Theoretically, no customer ever needs to set foot in a physical branch office. I seldom do. Perhaps they'll mail us "self-thumbprinting" kits?
