I think that most people realise that the world is too US-centric, even those in the US.

The US consumer cannot be the buyer of last resort for the worlds goods.
Asia and Europe have to sort themselves, and their economies out.

The US dollar cannot be the Worlds reserve currency, if the US itself does not care about preserving its value.

These are just two of many factors where people are actually looking to reduce or diversify their reliance on the US.

This reduction is a good thing IMO. Lets hope that it can be achieved with as little 'turbulence' as possible.

N.B. Did you know that US marines are now actually in Delta State.
Guess what they are doing? Protecting Oil Reserves.
Who from?
The biggest threat to Nigerian Oil reserves are Nigerians themselves. LOL.

I hope they get to travel around our beautiful (yet crazy) country.
Guess there are plans somewhere for a 'peaceful' expeditionary force to investigate things, should we get a little bit 'agitated'.
Well I guess that is why there is a carrier group just of W.Africa now.
(N.B. Liberia has no oil)
