John! thank you. I have not seen the 10SB. It does not show up on Edgar when I go there. (Is this because I'm not a subscriber?) I am
new to this game of finance as I have always taken advice and explanation of broker. I am trying to learn and research the best way
I know how. Please educate me as to how class warrants work, how you come to these conclusions and such. I would be able to serve this thread much better with this knowledge. What procedures might I take
to do better DD work? Gary, Archie your input is welcome to as you all seem to be much better at this kinda thing than I. Also would you also
give me your view of where you feel UMSI stands and some personal history you might have with this stock?
I called Mr. Baker to get answers to questions that I had about
UMSI before I invested more money in them. I was quite satisfied with the answers and comments I got from him. Maybe one of you finance guys
should call him and fire some questions. Or you could wait til I call
next month and I'll ask, but you better educate me good so I'll understand his answers. I apologize if I have mislead anyone with any errors in my research, and I appreciate being corrected when I'm wrong.

(Can someone confirm NASDAQ price requirements at $2 or $3?)
