Convicted? Bush is the same as Ted Bundy before he was caught. Bundy had not yet been convicted although he had committed plenty of crimes. When he was finally brought to trial the truth came out and he was convicted. Before Bundy was arrested he was as free as you and me with no convictions. Modern-day serial killers such as BundyBush always get convicted in the end.
