Sigmund, Spoke to Bill Scott (CFO) today. Asked about insider selling in which he responded that a couple of engineers had their first oppty to cash in some stock for personal reasons. Asked if I should any conclusions by insider selling in regards to certain approvals, etc in which he said no it would be illegal for insiders to sell based upon non-public info. The standard line every CFO should use. As you mentioned in the previous post PMA is still scheduled to be filed in late summer. Forgot to ask how long this process should take. He indicates the two major events which need to occur are the PMA approval and this effectiveness opinion. Things are just going slower than the market expected. Based upon your previous post you appear to be quite knowledgable in both this area and with the co. events. I think you would do a better job asking the right questions.
