iBIZ Technology Re-Enables Web Sites After Huge Demand Brings Them Down

Web Traffic As A Result of Coverage From CNBC Video and the Virtual
Keyboard Product Release Forces Temporary Downing of iBIZ Sites

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp.
(OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of
accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices,
announced today at the 2004 International Consumer Electronics Show, in the
Silver Exhibits, booth #70646, that its web sites www.ibizpda.com and
www.ibizcorp.com , after being down for nearly sixteen hours, have been
re-enabled.
"The demand from interested investors, the media, and others has been
overwhelming," said Mark Perkins, Executive Vice President of iBIZ Technology
Corp. "We implemented a dramatic bandwidth increase to accommodate the usage
that has come as a result of excitement of the events over the past few days,
but we never anticipated it would be close to the level that brought our
service to its knees around 10:00 PM PST, last night. The release of video
from the CNBC coverage is now accessible on our web site. That, coupled with
the enthusiasm and curiosity that has been generated by the positive news
coming from CES, and the stir created by the Virtual Keyboard has even
exceeded our lofty expectations."
Perkins continues, "We have addressed the issue with our web sites --
service was re-established a little after 8:00 AM PST, this morning. We will
see to it that our service continues without interruption."
The Virtual Laser Keyboard is compatible with Palm, Pocket PCs, laptops
and desktop PCs. An upcoming version for cell phones will be available in
4th quarter 2004. The Virtual Laser Keyboard will be available for $99.99
from major retailers, e-commerce sites, and iBIZ Technology's own e-commerce
site as early as the end of January, www.ibizcorp.com .
