Kastel, I left the big smoke just over 25 years ago, never looked back, well maybe once in the first year when I didn't know any better. I think I have what you want, although maybe not the location.

I'm sitting on 10 acres of mostly maple, 2 acres cleared with a nice lawn, although hidden by about an 800 foot driveway for total privacy, about 7 miles from the nearest village..........and best of all, by road at least 1/2 mile from the nearest neighbor.
