I bought because it looked due for a technical bounce, then comes the 8-K with the totally unexpected numbers, and the rest is recent history. I think it's more than FUD, and actually borders on deliberate deceipt. I and others were taken to task for that opinion as recently as last week; now practically the entire Ascend thread is screaming bloody murder over the "surprise". ASND closed the 43.75 gap today, and I think it's near-term direction will be set by tomorrow's activity. I doubt that I'll trade it again prior to expiry. I also doubt Wall Street will love 'em again in a big way until after the horizon becomes more clear. Long term it's a can't miss, but I think we'll get a chance to buy it in the upper thirties. Sorry if this message looks wierd. I'm sitting on a NT box running IE 2.0, and the lines just keep on going, and going, and going.... David
