There's also the one time financing charges, the savings from retiring the 4.75% convertible with 0.5% money; probably some extra costs associated with fixing the prober business - another 1/2 year of pain here. All the same, I have to agree that KLIC's bottom line will look better with each Q as we go through the year. While I doubt that we'll see new all time highs any time soon, we should see 20's before we see single digits again... FWIW, Ian
