The private sector can waste all it wants to...it will eventually fail if it does because it is stupid management, but it is their money to waste. There are laws against fraud, and when cases surface, they hopefully are prosecuted. Governement is wasting our money. There is a difference and it does not care. Why don't you care? Are you that blinded by your party affiliation?
