khang, It's wrong to place illegal problem solely at Pres Clinton's feet. Both parties have been ignoring the problem for political reasons. As is obvious with Pres Bush's recent illegal proposal, the Repubs crave the dirt-cheap labor & Bush campaign strategists want to both keep large contributors happy plus gain certain % of Spanish vote if possible. The Dems & unions see the illegals as future members of both organizations, so they have not complained about it. Long-time citizens are the losers in this collusion--we need to use our vote to send message we will not tolerate it anymore.
