On the other hand, considering what is at stake (our Constitutional freedoms), are you entirely comfortable assuming that Franks has no intellectual weapons?

If the military is able to take over the country, then that's the form of government we deserve. But I won't be worrying about it, because I'll have died defending the Constitution.

But it simply isn't going to happen.



I wonder if he has revealed something he learned while serving under this administration.
