I have tried a clean boot on the Microsoft Word 2000 SR-1 from MICROSOFT SUITE 2001 but I could not get a clean boot because the box LOAD STATUP GROUP ITEMS would not remain unchecked. Then I tried a reinstall anyway. It did not help. Somehow it also messed up my Money program so I had to reinstall that too. The MONEY program now works fine.

If you find a solution that works with Word let me know?
