Not on somebody else's missile programme that is out of our control, agreed .... twenty-first century fangs would at least in part be formed of missiles, however, so i think it necessary that we have that capability, completely canadian in manufacture and control ..... we wouldn't need a lot of them, and we wouldn't need that much range, it's not so far from our territory to any of the capitals of concern

The military should be largely conventional, just updated and made more mobile as it is enlarged, also heavily weighted to peacekeeping and humanitarian operations, yes ..... but i think we need the big hammer as well, sharp shiney fangs to emphasise our smile
