Just checked and I haven't seen any selling by Robert Sax (this year). All of the recent selling has been by THOMPSON ROBERT who has sold 14,500 shares this year in 7 separate trades between Jan and Feb of this year at prices ranging from 6 1/4 - 6 7/8. The biggest incentive to managers of small companies is the incentives they get via options. I don't view insiders selling shares as a negative unless you see wholesale dumping. This company can either make current shareholders very wealthy or we will have some losses to write of against other gains. I feel the risk is worth taking.
