Hi Jay, Good Lord! 0.001% to the common masses and 0.005% to the "privileged" few??? Looks to me like a US$ denominated money market account paying between 0.35% and 1.0% would be "attractive" to some investors with HK$s to spare... <g> Maybe this is a part of the global relocation of individual savings to the USA so that debtors can continue to borrow at negligible costs... <vbg> KJC
