I'd agree with you if Bush wasn't so pathological. He was my Governor before he was my President and he pulled the same sorts of stunts on a smaller scale in Texas that he's now using on the world. Bush was all about cronyism and punishment of his enemies in Texas with the goal being enrichment for his chosen few. As far as I can tell nothing's changed. Of course, he's not exactly like Hitler; he exhibits the qualities of others as well: Ken Lay, George Armstrong Custer, Ivan the Terrible, Mussolini, Stalin, Goofy, Dopey and, speaking of being a Roman, Nero.
